In With the New and Out With the Old

Every year millions of people make New Years Resolutions.  I too in the past have made the list that lasts about a month and then the resolutions are out the door and forgotten.

Over the last couple of years I have stopped the resolutions and just put real effort into moving my body more.  So this year again I am making that choice to MOVE more.

How am I going to achieve my goal.  Well in the spring, summer and fall my goal is easily met through walking the trails at our local park.  Last summer we walked daily around 5 miles a day. I moved more and the weight came off.   Now here we are in the dead of winter and I have no where to walk and I feel poorly because of it.  So I have uncovered my stationary bike and I have been riding for 20+min each day.  I am trying to increase my daily time.  Wish me luck, I need it.
